Please see below our example menu for weddings. We are able to create a menu that reflects your style, tastes, and vision for the day. From relaxed, garden-inspired canapés to beautifully plated, wholesome home-cooked meals, every detail can be tailored to suit including dietary restrictions.

Entrée

Garlic Cheese Bread — Toasted garlic bread topped with double smoked bacon and cheese.

Main

Rustic Roast — Choice of two roasted meats: Chicken, Beef, Lamb, or Pork.

Served with seasoned roast vegetables and steamed greens.

Dessert

Frangipani Pie & Ice-cream — Creamy pineapple tart with meringue topping, served with ice cream.

Sticky Date Pudding — Served with caramel butterscotch sauce and ice cream.

Silver — $48 per person

Main with both Entrée and Dessert

Entrée

Char-Grilled Stuffed Peppers — Red peppers filled with cream cheese and herbs, flame roasted.

Rocket & Fetta Salad — Light salad of rocket, red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and pine nuts (vegan option available).

Baked Mushrooms — Mushrooms filled with cheese and bacon in a garlic cream sauce.

Mains

Lamb Persillade — Lamb loin strips crusted with rosemary and garlic, served with twice-cooked layered potato and steamed greens.

Lemon Macadamia Salmon — Salmon rolled in lemon and macadamia, on potato mash with creamy dill sauce.

Beef Wellington — Rib fillet roast wrapped in pastry and herbs, served with root vegetables, beans, and mushroom gravy.

Chicken Fricassée — Slow-cooked chicken breast in a light cream sauce, on potato mash with roast cherry tomatoes and asparagus.

Desserts

Caramel Baked Cheesecake — Perfectly baked and served with cream and chocolate sauce.

Lime Cheesecake — Tangy lime cheesecake topped with lime jelly and cream.

Apple Crumble — Stewed green apples topped with oats, coconut, and macadamia crust, served with custard.

Chocolate Mousse — Rich chocolate fudge pudding with a coconut topping.
